Consumers' right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from a purchase contract eligible for withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, this period begins when you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, receipt of the last item determines the start of the period.

You may also use the online “Withdraw from a contract” function . Check your details there and submit them using “Confirm withdrawal”. You will receive an acknowledgement including the content, date and time, also sent by email. You may use the model form below but are not obliged to do so. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal statement before the period expires.

Reimbursement and return of goods

Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. We generally use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no reimbursement fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

Return the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal. Sending them before the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct cost of return. You are liable for diminished value only if caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Individually made goods

The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is substantially determined by your individual choices, or that are clearly personalised. We assess this for the specific custom build and inform you before the contract is concluded. The label “custom” alone does not exclude the right of withdrawal.
