Shipping & payment
Free shipping within Germany
We ship within Germany free of charge. Direct online orders are currently not available for other countries; please contact us beforehand to discuss possible delivery.
Delivery time
Standard models are delivered within 5 working days of receipt of payment. For individual custom builds, we agree on specifications, price and delivery time personally before you place your order.
Prices
All prices in euros are final prices for the variant shown. Sales are exempt from VAT under the small-business provision of Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
Payment
Pay by credit or debit card through Stripe's secure payment page. No customer account is required. Individual enquiries through the contact form do not trigger a payment or an order.

For purchases eligible for withdrawal, see our page on Withdrawal & returns. For defects or other questions, contact us at [email protected]. Statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
Movement warranty – 2 additional years
A1mods – additional movement warranty, version 2026-11-04
Guarantor: Edemudia E. Glawe, A1mods, Aufm Schif 42, 52134 Herzogenrath, Germany. Contact: [email protected].
Price: a one-off EUR 22.95 per selected watch. Cover applies only to watches expressly marked with movement warranty in the order.
Duration: two additional years, starting 24 months after delivery of the watch and ending 48 months after delivery. Keep your delivery record and order confirmation.
Cover: If the movement develops a functional defect during normal use within this period, we repair it or replace it with an equivalent movement. This includes the winding mechanism, hand drive and, where fitted, the movement's date or GMT mechanism. We cover necessary labour, materials and transport costs. Repairs are handled within a reasonable time after receipt and inspection.
Not covered: normal wear without a functional defect, routine care, or damage caused by an accident, drop, impact, misuse or improper intervention. Scratches, broken glass and other cosmetic damage, and the case, crystal and bracelet are outside this movement warranty.
Claims: Before sending the watch, email [email protected] with your order number, model and a description of the fault. We arrange inspection and shipping with you and provide a return label for necessary shipments within Germany. This additional warranty applies in Germany.
Your statutory rights concerning defects are free of charge and are not restricted by this voluntary warranty. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected; see the Withdrawal & returns page on our website.
