What does mod mean?
“Mod” means a modified or individually assembled watch. The case, dial, hands, movement and bracelet create a distinct combination. The term alone does not tell you which components were used.
Which parts go into an A1mods build?
Specifications vary by model. Our product pages list confirmed movement, crystal, case material and dimensions. Refer to these details and the photos of your selected variant.
Is a mod an official Seiko watch?
A1mods is an independent custom watch project and is not affiliated with Seiko Watch Corporation. An individually assembled watch does not imply that all components are made by Seiko.
What should you check before buying?
Compare specifications, dimensions, product photos and what is included. Decide how you intend to use the watch and check the stated water resistance for that variant. For a custom configuration, we discuss components, price and timing before your order.
