All products are made on a pre-order basis.
- Standard processing time is 3–4 business days after payment is received.
- For custom-made products (e.g., personalized dials or full watch builds), production takes approximately 5 business days before shipping.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, CTT, Correos, YunExpress and others, depending on your region.
